The newly constructed apartment complex’s with a contemporary design in five main wings is located in the middle of a wonderful garden-park and is very near to the beach: approximately 70 meters for (Iglika) and 10 meters for (Admiral) and close to  restaurants, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool, shops, and boutiques. All buildings have separate lobby and lift.

The area of the residences ranges between 65 and 105sq.m, with 2 different variations of floor plans.

Neither Orient plus nor the owners of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages
that may arise as a consequence of the use by the clients of the apartment including damages and losses
because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.

An unreffundable down payment equivalent to 30% of the booking should be paid upon reservation and
the rest of the amount upon arrival.

The deposit paid by clients will be refunded upon departure, after the inspection of the apartment.

Apartments are maintained and cleaned three times a week, linen changed twice a week.

 Internet is available upon request and is charged upon agreement with Orient plus.

Transfers from/to local airports could be arranged upon request.

Agent’s commission is included within the rates and is specified at 10% payable after the clients' arrival.
