The Rodina Hotel - Sofia

Hotel “Rodina” is the tallest four-star hotel in Sofia, located on the “Russki Pametnik” (Russian Monument) square. It is in close proximity to the National Palace of Culture, the administrative and business centre of the city. In addition, Sofia’s international airport is located 15 km away, while the Central train station is a mere kilometer from the Hotel.

CONGRESS CENTRE: Offers 8 conference roomswith a capacity ranging from 15 to 350 seats. Every room has air conditioning, day light, Internet and technical conference equipment.
The main conference rooms are Halls 1, 2 and 3. They are inter-connected with mobile walls, making it possible to create one enormous room, big enough to seat 350 people. On the same floor, the “Maritza” hall, large enough for 130 people.
There are four smaller conference rooms, each ranging from a seating capacity of 20 to 40. These rooms are ideal for work meetings, staff training courses, interviews and seminars.

   
 

Room facilities

The hotel has 500 single and double rooms and 6 apartments, all of which offer an excellent view of either the city or the “Vitosha” mountains. Every room has a separate bathroom with bathtub, telephone, television with satellite and radio, and some of these rooms are for non-smokers.
The hotel offer 24-hour room service, laundry service (including ironing and dry cleaning), guarded regular and underground three levels parking, and many other extras.

 

The deluxe rooms have air – conditioning and mini-bar, interenet connection, panic button, new furniture and luxury bathroom with bath tube and many accessories.

 
 

Restaurants & bars

 The restaurant "Rodina" has a capacity of 180 seats, and is ideal for the organization of a buffet breakfast, coffee break, lunch, dinner, cocktail and even wedding. The restaurant possesses a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, excellent service and a wide variety of cuisine.

The Lobby bar has 50 seats available in the reception area of the hotel. It’s open every day from 7am to 11pm, allowing you to enjoy its pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.

 
 

Right next to the Lobby bar you can find the café-restaurant “Marbella”, decorated in traditional Spanish style, which offers cakes and desserts in addition to the European cuisine, to delight your culinary tastes, all of which are produced in the Hotel’s own bakery. “Marbella” can comfortably seat up to 80 people, and is ideal for the organization of birthdays, light cocktails, lunches, dinners and many other occasions. The café-restaurant is open 24 hours.
In addition, the bar-restaurant “Ledenika” has a capacity of 40 seats, and works non-stop to please our guests and offers room service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
 

Sport center: If you would like to dedicate some time for yourself, the hotel offers a modern Sports Centre with fitness rooms and an indoor swimming pool, sauna, masseuse and underwater massages, darts and table tennis. We are at your service every day from 7am to 8.30pm /except Monday’s/. In addition, there is a Café-Club inside the fitness centre with 25 seats, which offer refreshing drinks and fitness supplements.

 
 

Entertainment: Enjoy yourself in our Night Bar, decorated in an ancient Greek style, and see the most magnificent view of nighttime Sofia, from one of the highest points of the hotel. It’s open every night from 10pm to 4am. For a more relaxed atmosphere, come to our Piano Bar, and enjoy yourself with a drink while listening to live music. Once again, the nighttime city view offered is the best in Sofia.
